100X Your Current Potential Through These 10 Actions
Listen, we are going to break ground right now. We are preparing for a mighty breakthrough. You are exactly where you should be right now. You are positioned for great success. Like a diamond, you just need a little bit of refining. We are going to polish you and prepare you for a breakthrough of epic proportions.
But, you have to promise to follow these ten actions. Try them out. Do them every day. The breakthrough will come. Probably not on day 1. But, maybe on day 100.
Either way, it’s just a matter of time.
The first five actions I will outline here lay the groundwork for what is to come.
I am giving you the most simple actions first, but don’t skip them, or think they are too simple, because if the first five are likened to a bicycle for your mind, the final five are like a rocket ship, transforming you and expanding your potential by 100X!
Begin Writing In A Journal
Journaling is a super power. And it’s completely underrated. There are many ways to journal, but the stylistic choice I am going to recommend is called “Stream of Consciousness.”
If you are writing by hand in a notebook, try not to lift your pen from the page, metaphorically speaking. Just keep writing.
If you can’t think of what to write, write “I can’t think of what to write” until you think of something.
This way of journaling is a beautiful way to tap into your subconscious mind. You will be amazed at what you write.
New ideas will come seemingly from nowhere. Inspiration will strike and you will cultivate some great ideas. You will feel lessed bogged down. Lighter.
Set a timer for 10 minutes.
Write until time is up.
2. Meditate For 5 Minutes
I know what you are thinking. I can’t meditate. My mind is a mess. I used to think meditation required a still mind. Boy was I wrong. Meditation is simply being aware of the present moment.
Instead of a still mind, we need only be the stillness that envelopes our thoughts.
Pay your thoughts no mind.
Let them come and go.
Do not get caught up in a thought.
Imagine that your thoughts are moving downstream a river.
Whatever your mind is like, just be present with it.
Set that timer for 5 minutes.
Find a comfortable seated position. You may keep your eyes open, or close them. Whichever is more comfortable for you.
3. Become The Witness
Now that we have begun to meditate, our next step is to realize what is called the witness.
You are not your thoughts.
You are the witness of your thoughts.
Thinking has hijacked our system. Most of us are completely consumed with our mind stream.
This is what I want you to do:
Several times a day, check in with yourself.
Essentially, we will be meditating while engaging in activity.
Our goal is to take a step back from the mind stream and witness our thoughts as they come and go.
This action step is so valuable. I strongly encourage you to do it. It might not seem like much but we are preparing for a major breakthrough, an awakening, even.
4. Write 10 Affirmations. Read Them Every Morning And Every Night.
Affirmations are positive I AM statements. They represent your highest vision for yourself. They look like this:
I AM a vessel of pure love and joy.
I AM a warrior who engages with life in a positive manner.
I AM beautiful and highly blessed.
I AM abundance and prosperity.
You get it.
Write out 10.
Why 10?
10 is not too much. Not too little. 10 is good. Write 10.
5. Create a Mission Statement For Yourself As A Person.
A mission statement is a succinct, clear statement that describes what you do, who you do it for, and why you do it.
Usually mission statements are for brands. But we are taking this a step further. You yourself are a brand.
You get to decide what you are known for.
Your morals, your vision, your purpose, is unique to you. Why not get more clear about exactly who you are and what you want to do?
Who do you want to be?
What do you want to be known for?
Take your time with this. Play with your choice of words. Tinker. Imagine.
An example of a mission statement:
To bring joy and peace to every person I encounter, through my words and actions.

The first five action steps may sound pretty simple, but they lay the ground work for what is to come. Prepare to break ground with steps 6–10. You will be surprised, amazed, and astonished by the results!
