The Path of the Awakened.

The path is being created. With every step.

It’s like we are on a cliff. Only instead of going off the cliff, with every step, the path appears.

Where? To Here, and Now.

In. The Here and Now.

Every step is brand new. Because we have never before been to this point in time.

Inside. The Divine. Mind.

It’s like we are carrying a lamp in the dark and we can only see three feet in front of us. Just enough to walk confidently.

Unsure what is up the road but willing to handle it when we reach that point.

Dealing only with the present moment and the next step we take.

Leap! And the net will appear.

The path of the awakened is not for the faint of heart. The path will test you greatly, to ensure you are worthy of awakening.

Here, you will face all of your fears.

The objective is to slay them all.

Slay every dragon.

There are times that nothing will make sense. And then, there will be times of tremendous breakthrough.

There will be times you want to retreat. But when you look back, there will be nothing.

The path to awakening erases itself because truly, there is no path to awakening, there is only awakening.

Awakening is instantaneous.

Sure, there are things you can do to assist in awakening. Like taking up meditation. But meditating does not mean you will awaken.

Many, many, people meditate without ever awakening.

Even still, anyone can awaken.

Be the witness of your mind and body, ever in the now.

Feel the seat you are sitting on. Feel your legs. Feel your heart.

What I have since realized is that I had been training in the awakening process for years. Writing. Reading. Meditating. Praying.

And then boom, one day during a silent meditation, everything clicked.

I woke up.

What I felt was incredible. I felt free. The chains fell off. Everything was beautiful. Food tasted incredible. Life was easy.

This initial awakening lasted for days.

Then, I silently fell back in to the dream state. But now I knew, I had tasted reality, and I wanted it back. Still, I couldn’t force an awakening.

I had to wait, and be patient.

Eventually, it happened again, bliss, the present moment. Everything made sense. My past, erased. My future, unimportant. The NOW, everything.

Now, ideas flow through my mind at ease. I write them down so I don’t lose them when another inspiration inevitably strikes.

I am inspired.

There is a sense of effortlessness in my thoughts and actions.

Like I said earlier though, it’s not always so easy, it’s not always bliss. You must confront yourself and the fears you hold in your mind because where you are going, fear cannot go. So, we have to confront our fears and eliminate them.

So the process looks like this:

Bliss and Joy. Fear enters. Confront fear. Bliss enters. Joy is realized again.

This process continues for some time, until fear no longer exists. Then there is true peace.

You see the battle is for our good. We are strengthened in the journey.

It’s difficult for a reason.

The awakening is a path into the here and now. It’s a path that starts wherever you are, and moves deeper, ever deeper, into the present moment.

It’s not a path of distance.

It’s a path of depth.

A path of being.

Being. HERE, and NOW.
